We are always happy to help! You can request maintenance service from the convenience of your own home, via our resident portal! You may choose to be present when maintenance arrives and give a preferred time, or you may give permission for us to enter with your absence. *Tip: Download the Resident Portal app for even more convenience

Our resident's are our #1 priority. We strive to respond to all service requests within 3 hours to ensure your home is maintained to your satisfaction. Non-emergency service requests are handled during regular business hours.

Yes, parking is available onsite for our visitors and residents. Visitors to our office can use the designated "office parking" spaces near the rental center while conducting business in our office. Resident parking include open unassigned spaces or reserve a covered parking spot for only $25 a month.

Yes, we offer in home washer and dryers in every apartment.

We are proud to call California Place pet friendly! Our monthly pet rent is $25 per pet and we do require an additional pet deposit of $400. Click here to learn more about our pet policies and see our restricted breeds of dogs.

You can submit your application anytime online or stop by during regular office hours to submit an application in person.

Our processing administration and document fee is $45 per applicant and a lease initiation fee $250; both are due at the time you submit your application.

Your rent payment includes your monthly rent plus any additional bundle services you signed up for at the time of your lease. We do not include utility services such as water or electricity in your rental rate. Rent is due on the 1st of every month. Students living at California Place attend Elk Grove Charter School, Prairie Elementary School, Rio Cazadero High School, Samuel Jackman Middle School, Valley High School. For more information about schools in our neighborhood visit Elk Grove Unified School District. We are also conveniently located near California State University Sacramento and Consumnes River College.

To uphold fair policies, we use the same rental criteria for all applicants which includes a credit check, residential verification, and employment verification. Combined income for the apartment must also reach at least 3x total rent.

We make touring easy, with online tour scheduler, offering virtual and self-guided tours. Please be prepared to show Government Issued Photo ID to tour our community.

If it’s been longer than 7 days since you submitted your application, please call the office and we'd be happy to check on the status of your application for you! Our Processing Administration and Document Fee is $40 per household and a Lease Initiation Fee $150; both are due at the time you submit your application.

Or pay on your move in date with a money order, your choice! Our move-in expenses include a Security Deposit and First Month's Rent (prorated rent will depend on move-in date).
